Design, develop and deliver training programs to all stakeholders and agent partners ensuring the
Compliance of Company Product as per agreed standards.
Develop and enhance various training tools and process manuals for trainings that are required for the Company product delivery.
Ensure to deliver all training programs as per the training calendar generated for the year.
Liaise with internal BDMs and external agent partners for such training requests.
Coordinate with product development team to review the new products or System enhancements for the
Implementation of training programs.
Other Qualification:
Graduate preferably in Computer / IT
2. Good Communication skills
3. Sound knowledge in online tools and content designing.
4. Experience of 3 years in a Training role from finance/banking /call centre.
