Faculty members are expected to:
teach academic courses
conduct training program and
carry out research, and consultancy
engage in institutional development
design and develop academic courses and customized training programs
Undertake special assignments relevant to the job.
Qualifications:
A Masters Degree/Ph D in Finance /Business /Economics /Banking or other related disciplines from a recognized University of high repute.
Preferred area of specialization should be in Financial Markets, Capital Market structures, Risk Management, Technical Analysis, M&A , Valuations, Securities Market Operations.
Skill Set :
Excellence in teaching and presentation skills with dynamic approach
Good Planning and Organisation skills
Highly effective communication skills (written and oral)
Proficiency in using technology in the classroom e.g. Power Point, interactive white board, digital tools, webinars etc. will be advantageous
Experience::
Minimum seven years of experience as Faculty Member / Professor / in a leading University / Management Institute / Banks Training College.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs for finance professionals in emerging areas such as Investment, Treasury and Risk Management, International Finance / Banking / Trade /e-learning's.
Very high level of expertise in the area of specialization,
An accredited Banking Certification will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have a sound understanding of current developments in the field of Finance, Insurance & Banking.
