Planning to open office at Dubai. Looking for Personnel Assistant/ Executive Assistant for Director at Dubai/UAE.
- 2-5 years Experience as PA/Secretary.
- Multi tasking, dynamic, smart and hardworking
- Past experience working with international clients will have an added advantage.
- Excellent Command of spoken and written English with MS Office Work Experience
- Plan, Manage, Execute and Assist Conference/Events
- Coordinate with Internal Department team Member,
- Execute Booking order, Transportation, Logistic, Payment and other conference/event related activities
- Work independently with Good Organization Skill, Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support to Director, Manage Personnel Calendars, Meetings and Appointments
- Handle correspondences and Confidential Documents, Assist on Human Resources Work, Insurance, Office Stationary, CPF and others
- Multitasking, Hardworking, Focused and Result Oriented.
- Manage regular E-Newsletter, Magazine and Update Website on regular basis
- Sales experience will have added advantage
- International Travel
