Interview for Quality Head in Laguna Clothing Pvt Ltd, Mauritius

Experience: 10 to 20 yrs.  | Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 16,00,000 P.A

1. Ensure adherence to the Companys Quality Manual Policies and Procedures.
2. Train and develop a team of Quality Supervisors / Inspectors / Auditors
3. Carry out audits to ensure conformance to Customers requirements.
4. Ensure Customer satisfaction on quality of products (make-up, presentation, packing)
5. Ensure effectiveness of the quality control at the various stages of manufacturing processes, i.e incoming raw material inspection, in-process inspection and final audits.
6. Provide technical input and solution to technical issues.
   Monitor Pre production processes with given objectives to identify and avoid high risks from happening in bulk production
7. Prevent major bottlenecks with style changes
8. Promote quality culture to grass-roots level within the organization

1. Diploma or degree holder in Quality Management or Textile Technology
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position ideally in woven shirts manufacturing.
3. Sound technical knowledge in garment make-up / construction and fabrics.
4. Excellent knowledge of product quality standard especially for international high end brands
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. Results and Quality oriented
7. A Team player and a self starter
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
9. Problem solver, open-minded, structured, self-motivated and analytical.
