Customer Service Head for Malaysia

Experience: 12 to 22 yrs.  | Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A

One of our Reputed client is Founded in 1991, provide Best-in-Class Packaging machines for Primary, Secondary and End of line packaging needs at optimal costs. It has 29 offices in 14 countries with head quarter in Singapore. Currently looking for Head- Customer Services for International Location. 

1. Experience in servicing of Packaging machines and related equipment is a must. Responsible for service and projects many locations. Responsible for service function & providing proactive maintenance solutions to every country.
2. Should have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
3. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure their efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
4. Preparing MIS/ reports to be presented to management for facilitating decision making process.
5. Candidate must have excellent leadership, communication, team management skills and result oriented attitude. 
6. Willing to undertake frequent travel.

• Location- Malaysia.
• 12 + Years of exposure in customer service. 
• CTC- 15-20 LPA ( can be negotiable).

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
2. At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the packaging machines & related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
