Job Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 6 months of relevant technical experience is mandatory.
2. He / She will be responsible to provide technical voice support to the b usiness clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations
Skill Requirements:
1. Technical Voice experince required
2. Basic technical knowledge of PC's .
3. Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
4. Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Experience in Voice Technical Support.
7. Willing to work for 24* 7 shifts
