Admin & HR Position for Kenya

Experience: 8 to 10 yrs.

Looking for Admin & HR in a Food Grains Manufacturing Company Based @ Kenya.

Required Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Admin and Hr Profile .

Candidate MUST have an experience of Manufacturing Industry.

Should able to handle all responsibility of Human Resource and Admin Department.(Recruitments and Payrolls)

Job Details :

Liaising with Govt. Authorities like Factory Inspector,Labour Commissioner, P.F. Inspector, E.S.I. Inspector, etc.

Adhering to Statutory Acts like Factories Act, Contract Labour Act and Industrial Labour Act

Initiating safety at plant, delivering trainings and tracking its adherence by carrying out regular rounds of the plant

Submitting consolidated labour laws returns & forms

Representing the organization in QMS and EMS Audits

Formulating & implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention

Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counselling and establishing Works Committee

Organizing family picnics, birthday celebrations, etc. for enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst employees

Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent like sourcing, short listing candidates, conducting interviews across levels, managing salary negotiations, completing joining & background verification formalities

Designing induction program for new joinees and defining their responsibilities

Coordinating, formulation & implementing increments, incentives & other remuneration/re-structuring policies along with ensuring compliance to PF, ESIC and Income & Professional Tax Laws

Preparing organizational charts as per future business plans

Directing an effective Attendance System

Preparing MIS reports on a weekly / monthly or quarterly basis
