* Material Receipts:
* Receiving of various materials and verification of materials received with reference to Delivery Note's (DNs) and Purchase Order (POs).
* Material Offloading & Checking Packaging Transit Damage Checking Ordering Quantity as Per Packing List.
* Inspect the Material Specification & Quantities According to the Purchase Orders, Checking the Material Certificate Attached with Purchase Orders (Po's) or Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
* Preparation of 'Good Receipt Note' (GRN) on daily basis & Arrange Technical Inspection of Newly Coming Direct P.O's or Stock Items if Required, Informed to the End-users through Local Area Network (LAN) Email Facilities (Provided by the Company).
* Documentation and binning of received material after final inspection by users.
* Assigned the Code / SAP Numbers For All Stock / New Items, Raises Reports For Short Landed, Damaged & Rejected Material through Material Discrepancy Report (MDR).
* Material binned as per the proper preservation.
* To check daily and monthly transaction report, physically & documents wise.
* Data Process in SAP system...
* BINNING
* Verify the Stock Balances before Binning of Material, Binning of Material in an Orderly Manner to Enable Easy Retrieved for issue on a (First in First Out (FIFO) Basis.
* Binning the Fast Moving Items near the Issuance Counter, Shifting of Material to Provide Adequate Space for the Storage of New Material Added to inventory.
* Ensure Appropriate Preventing Measures in Chemical or Gases Storage for Spill Containment.
* Checks the sensitive Materials are Protected According to Specific Procedures, Before Binning.
* Arrange Proper Preservation and Labeling for all the Material Binned
* Material Issue:-
* Issuing the material for all the Planners / Users with Concerned Work Orders through Printed Reservations.
* Issuing of materials from all stocks to various departments on Material Issue Slips duly approved by competent authority.
* Following First in First out (FIFO) method of issuing in case of material that have self life constraints to avoid expires and change of properties..
* Issue the Shelf Life Material like; chemical snap Gases (mixture) cylinders through Batch Numbers First in First (FIFO) Procedure.
* Issuing the Material Like; Motor, Pump, Safety Valve, Die Plate, Gas cylinders etc, by Identify the Serial Numbers in the System during Posting, to maintain the Returnable Transportation Packages (RTP) especially for the Gases...
* Data entry through the (SAP) System all the material issued like; Consumable, Spare Parts, Chemical, Gases, Tools Issue / Returned or Material Returned to Stock by the Users...
* Keeping update Record through the (SAP) System to avoid any discrepancies in future....
