Position Profile :
Responsible for the comprehensive execution of construction at site
Supervises and directs the work of staff revolves on-site technical problems and represents a company in meeting with clients and project sponsors.
Job which requires full responsibility of the communication between clients and related companies from project construction related tasks(planning, ordering, managing of the process, managing construction site, closing) to shortening the construction period, profit/quality of the construction closing phase.
Cooperates with supervisors and Subcontractors in order to complete the Electrical Construction work as per the project Schedule.
Abilities of fluent communication for efficient management so that subcontractors can bring out the best performance.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience :
Minimum 15 Years experience of Electrical Construction in an oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants.
Minimum 10 Years experience of overseas plant engineering experience.
Minimum 5 Years experience as Superintendent or Manager.
Experienced working with Korean EPC contractor is highly desired.
Experienced working in Middle East is highly desired.
More than 2 the experience in a National / International oil company. (E.g. Aramco, SABIC, ADNOC, SHELL)
Skills & Capability :
Specialized knowledge in the construction management such as construction execution planning, schedule management, risk management, client relationships, and so on..
Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership.
Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential.
Knowledge of oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants construction challenges and the cost/schedule/risk factors associated
Capability of the presentation to client who requires a detailed method statement of Electrical work, and SI has a skill to make a detailed method statement directly or under his control of his supervisors and subcontractors.
Usage of Microsoft Office program is a must as well as auto-cad.
Understanding how to operate primavera for project schedule control, and ability of distribution of resource of each activities.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and knowledge of international standard used in engineering is necessary.

Schedule Controller (planning Manager & Engineer)
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs. | Opening(s): 20
Profile :
Establishing, monitoring, and managing Project Master Schedule (Engineering schedule, Procurement schedule, Construction schedule)
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
Assists the control manager in view of schedule management.
Plan overall construction manpower & equipment mobilization
Make all construction progress reports including the following :
- Original field construction schedule and progress
- Construction physical progress / Progress Forecasting
- Analysis of impact from slippage in plan vs. progress
- Planned Man-hour and Actual man-hour for construction
- Analyzing productivity and work rate
- Forecasting total man-hour, equipment, etc.
- Countermeasure against Man-hour overruns
Report the Control Manager of the latest information regarding construction progress, work rate and productivity
Report actual work status and anticipates where slips in the construction schedule may occur.
Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in hydrocarbon / petrochemical /Power plant EPC field is desired. (Gas, GOSP, Refinery, Petrochemical, etc..)
Minimum 4 years or more as Project Execution Scheduler
Qualification :

Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills (esp. Microsoft Excel)
