Job Responsibilities:
1. By ensuring that customers visiting the branch for account opening/service queries/product information are met and greeted when they enter the branch and an understanding of their needs are obtained.
2. By directing customers to the right person/counter of the branch based on needs expressed/identified.
3. By managing the customer traffic on the branch floor effectively, to ensure that the waiting period for customers is reduced.
4. By following-up with pre-identified customers on their service experience and suggesting new initiatives which can be implemented to improve service quality.
5. By following-up to ensure progress on the sales activity post customer hours.
6. By migrating routine customer transactions to alternate delivery channels through ongoing customer education.
7. Ensure the maintenance of the hygiene of the Dept.
8. By identifying possible cross sell opportunities on the bank floor with ‘walk-in’ customers and generating leads that can be converted by branch staff.
9. By talking to waiting customers about products available which they could consider.

Candidate Profile:
1.Candidate should possess any degree from a recognised university.
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Should be flexible and resilient when dealing with pressure.
