1. The Red Hat Software Certification team is seeking a Software Engineer to build and
2. Maintain tools that help enable independent software vendors (ISV) to partner with Red Hat and
3. Build products around Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop training content using principles of curriculum design for various topics spanning Red Hat's product line
2. Develop content for technical support associates and strategic support partners, including content on support workflow, tools, soft skills, and technical competencies
3. Develop evaluations of training effectiveness
4. Create hands-on training labs that align to content objectives
5. Maintain a global view of training content.
Required skills:
1. 3-5 years of experience developing training content for a technical support organization
2. 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design; equivalent degree will also be considered
3. Minimum RHCE or JBCAA certification, preferably RHCA (must be able to obtain RHCA)
4. Familiarity with Red Hat products, including troubleshooting techniques
5. Ability to work effectively and conduct knowledge transfer between diverse groups of people
6. Willingness to adapt, and work independently while meeting project deadlines
