Job Description:
1. 0-1 years of industry experience in providing application/technical support preferably in production support environment
2. Excellent problem solving capability, thinking and Analytical Abilities
3. Good working knowledge of latest windows operating systems
4. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems and SQL Server
5. Basic SQL query writing and understanding
6. Knowledge of Stored Procedures, Triggers, Schema and Views
7. Knowledge of Indexing, Database Roles and User Policies
8. Knowledge of Maintenance activity such as (Activity Monitor, Deadlocks, Scheduling SQL Jobs)
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written both)
10. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
11. Energetic and Enthusiastic
12. Teamwork and partnering abilities
13. Eye for details and accuracy
