An exciting opportunity with an established leading Middle East based National Oil Company, that functions throughout onshore development sites as well as in the shallow coastal waters with a number of productive oil fields.
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
To facilitate, monitor and promote performance improvement and best practice implementation throughout the company as required by the GMT to support achievement of shareholder targets and the strategic direction.
1. Leading performance analysis and Implementation of best practices
a. Review and evaluate business and financial performance results
b. Reporting to EMT/GMT on achievements, performance gaps, analysis and recommendations.
c. Formulate and establish performance improvement initiatives / concepts I best practices to address performance gaps
2. Overall responsibility for performance system
a. Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of a performance management reporting system and dashboard. (Level 1 and Level 2)
b. Identification of areas where performance related communication can be improved (internally at all levels, externally to company shareholders, and other external company reports such as sustainability reporting)
3. Preparation of performance reports for GMT and Shareholders (Level 1 and Level 2)
a. Define and review the preparation of high quality reports and presentations on performance for the GMT (Level 2 OPR) and Shareholders (Level I PMC).
b. Identify improvement opportunities to develop better kipls (e.g. leading KPIs);
c. Support development of KPIs which drive behavioral change and continuous improvement
REMUNERATION:
An attractive remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidates and will be in line with a competitive industry standard
